This tour starts with the Academy Gallery, where we admire original masterpieces by the great Michelangelo such as the David, the Prisoners, the Saint Matthew and the Barberini Pietà. This is followed by the Medici Chapels and the New Sacristy, where Lorenzo il Magnifico was buried and the only location where Michelangelo worked both as architect and sculptor at the same time. Finally we visit the church of Santa Croce which contains the tomb of Michelangelo.
