Girona Medieval towns and the Gala-Dali Museum...

Around 9 a. m we will set off from Girona on our way up to Els Angels Sanctuary, an impressive scenic viewpoint overlooking the Pyrénees and the Girona region. After that we will get to know the church where Salvador Dalí married Gala. Next we will give a short stroll around villages in Madremanya and Monells.

Next we will drive to Peratallada one of the most well-preserved small villages of the Empordanet as Josep Pla called this area. After lunch, we will have the chance to visit the capital city of Baix Empordà - La Bisbal stroll around its old quarter brimming with pottery and ceramics shops. In Púbol, a small village where Salvador Dalí made his dream come true by offering his wife Gala a castle. A present-day museum where the artistic flair of the Figueres-born genius for surrealist house decoration is nowhere more evident than here
